"I visited family in Marietta, Georgia this past weekend. I needed a jacket with a hood because it was raining and I had forgot mine back at home. I get to Burlington about 11:42pm 12/16/2023. By 11:43pm I was at the door and it was locked. They said they were closed but online and on the door it states they close at 12am meaning I would have had 17mins to grab what I needed. I pleaded with the employees to open the door as I only needed one thing and everything else was closed but they just looked at me making remarks to each other no matter how many times I knocked on the door. Finally one of the guest in the store came out and said she didn’t know why they were being like that since they’re not closed yet and let me in. After I expressed that I would call corporate they let me shop in peace and I got what I needed and was out before 12am. Had they just let me in from the start and not held me up I could’ve been out much sooner. If the employees don’t want to have the doors open until the time that the company policy states maybe employees should be hired who want to do their jobs properly and professionally."
