"Dale is an awesome guy. Customer service is excellent. spoke to him on the phone one day explaining what I wanted to do with the irons I am currently playing. Went to the shop the next day. He immediately selected the shaft he thought would accomplish my goal. We tried one on my 8i. He watched me hit some balls and the result was exactly what I was looking for. I left the rest of the set with him to reshaft and because I was supposed to play the next day he gave me a loaner set. Awesome guy and awesome service."
