"Would not recommend this spot. The fitting experience with Rick was totally fine, but the ordering and follow up process has been very disappointing. I ordered a new set of irons after the fitting that are being built/outsourced outside of Club Champion (TaylorMade) and what I was told upon ordering was that it “would be about a 3 week turnaround time from TM to have them in hand.” Even the email receipt from my order stated a similar notion that they (Club Champion) were working on 10 business day turnaround time. Seemed reasonable from the onset, but here we are going on week 8 since the order date and they still have not even shipped. I’ve reached out multiple times now to Club Champion and the response I get every time is “it’s totally out of our hands. There’s nothing we can do since it’s being outsourced. This is very unusual for TaylorMade.” That recurring sentiment has been incredibly disappointing for the price point I paid for the set, especially when I was told it would be a 3 week turnaround time. Club Champion has yet to offer any sort of refund, recourse, or solution to make things right as they have not been able to fulfill their “3 week/10 day turnaround time” expectation that they set. Looking back, I would have gone to get fitted elsewhere and DEFINITELY would have ordered through a different store. Take your time and money elsewhere."
