"They did not have my size in the shoes that I wanted, the cashier ordered them for me, I got them in three days! All three of the workers there were really nice and friendly. I love the BOGO half off."
"I came in late on Memorial's Day, after traveling there from another Rack Room that had the shoe I liked, but not in my size. There were no one in the store, except for 2 employees one young guy and a woman. I asked the woman if they had the shoe I was looking for and even showed her a picture. I told her I was told from another Rack Room store that they told me this Rack Room had the shoe. She told me they didn't sell the shoes. So, I began looking for a different shoe and low and behold I see the shoe I originally came in for. I told her I found the shoe and she said, oh it must have been a return with an attitude. Good customer service would have been when I came in and told her I was looking for a particular shoe and that I came from another store that told me this store had the shoe, was to check the system, instead of looking at me as if I was crazy and she is the manager. If it wasn't for me really wanting these shoes, I would have left due to bad customer service. The customer service needs to be better."
"Decent selection and reasonable prices. They have a very different style of stocking shoes which makes finding your size much more difficult than other places. We mainly came here because of a sale. Buy one get one 50% off barely made it cheaper than getting the same shoes on Amazon, but the staff was friendly and the store was well kept."
"Great place to go for shoes. We went for supportive shoes for my 81 year old mother in law and had numerous choices of name brand shoes. We found exactly what she needed and received the 2nd pair for half off. They have every kind of show you could need from sandals, sneakers, boots and dress shoes. The sales associate that helped us was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Plus you can join their club and get special discounts for your purchases."
"Kelsey the manager in training was so pleasant and helped us find what we needed! She helped us save some more money! We got some great shoes for a great price! The store is really clean and well organized! The manger there was very nice as well and greeted us right away! The customer service is great as well as a clean well lit store! We will be back!"
