"We don’t know her name, but the woman in this store was very very rude and kind of racist. We went to the store with our kids, but after we entered the store, she was just following us all the time and watching on us, and didn’t allow the kids to touch anything in the store. Actually, we were trying to buy something for the kids."

"Great place to pick up anything you need for tennis. They have a great selection of shoes, racquets, and clothing.Chris and Jill are always very helpful and super friendly! This is the best place to shop for Tennis or Pickleball!!"

"Great store with wonderful merchandise. Unfortunately had the first bad experience with with sales associate, Jill. We specifically set a time to meet with her for help with clothing. Instead of focusing on helping one customer effectively, she floated around the store… doing returns, calling other stores to check on the availability of one shirt in another size. When we asked for her help, she didn’t apologized but proclaimed to the store that: “We open at 12pm, I’m one person, We have other customers.” Instead of just trying to resolve the situation by saying, “I’m sorry, give me one moment and I will finish helping you,” she rolled her eyes at the customers in front of her. I will never work with such an obnoxious woman again. The manager was very nice, the young man was… but, she was incapable of addressing the situation. We left and went to the Buckhead store and received excellent service. I do recommend Your Serve… but, highly suggest working with a different sale person than Jill whose behavior was so inappropriate, even as she yelled “thank you” when we left (knowing how upset we were)."

"Excellent customer service during a racquet demo period! Chris was super helpful in suggesting racquets that may be a good fit for my game and could not have been more patient as I explained what I liked and didn't like while I worked my way though the demo period. He was genuinely interested in helping me make the right choice and not in a rush to just make a sale. Great customer service!"

"Worst experience EVER. Normally I would not take the time to write a negative review, but this is worth tennis lovers in Atlanta and the owner to read. I specifically went to the East Cobb location today to get professional help with a new pair of tennis shoes. 3 workers were in the store when I entered. No one greeted me or asked if they could help. They were busy discussing what they wanted for lunch. After a few minutes I asked if somebody could help me. A man came over and asked my shoe size and as I was trying to explain what I was looking for he walked off and returned with 3 boxes of shoes and dropped them on the floor. He said the women behind him would help me and walked off. I told the woman I brought my own insoles to try as I needed extra arch support. Before I could try on the next pair, she ordered me to put the original insole back into the shoe and box before trying on another pair. I asked her why she couldn't help me instead. She proceeded to tell me I could take it or leave it and walked off. There were no other customers in the store today around 12:45pm. The 3 workers went back to ordering their lunch and I walked out. NEVER will I shop at this store again. I ended up going across the street to New Balance. The gentleman greeted me when I entered, immediately offered to help. Measure my foot and mad excellent recommendation. Needless to say, I made a purchase. I have been a repeat customer of Your Serve Tennis, but never again will I give this store another dime of my money."
