"I bought a pair of shoes from here in September 2023, and in December 2023 a hole formed in the back of the shoe and started giving me a blister. These were less then 4 months new and i just walk them. Took them to get them exchanged and the manager said he wouldn’t exchange them, offered 30% off. Why would i buy shoes again from the place if they will be damaged in four months. I was very disappointed, i thought new balance was a good brand."

"I recently purchased a pair of 990s and the older gentleman helping me made the experience a breeze. I even had an issue with one of the shoes and he replaced it with no questions asked. Will be back again to shop at this location!"

"I spent 176 on a pair of court shoes and custom orthotics. I had an issue within 5 days of using the shoes: the lower started to become separated from the upper. Additionally, the orthotic began to separate as well. I called the store and explained my situation. The store manager said he would not guarantee anything over the phone and I had to drive 80 minutes round trip if they were going to do anything - again there were no guarantees. Thankfully I asked if they had my size available prior to my 80 minute round trip and they did not have my size in stock. I then called another store in Decatur. The gentleman was very helpful and said no problem, we can order the shoes to the Sandy Springs store and you can pick them up there, I'll call you when they come in - which he did. Sure enough. A few weeks later I got a call for the shoes to be in stock. When I showed up at the Sandy Springs store the manager was there and he seemed edgy towards me because I was wanting to defect out my shoes and insoles that were less than 2 weeks old... There's absolutely no need for this type of non-verbal attitude towards a customer! The customer is always right buddy, and you never get a second chance to make a first impression. When you look at the profit margins on these type of shoes and insoles, their cost is probably close to literally $30 max, a very small price to pay to keep a loyal customer happy... I think New balance makes pretty good stuff for the court, but this manager needs to get the chip off his shoulder! All he is doing is hurting the brand... It's not like the defect is coming out of his pocket, especially given the low manufacturing cost of the shoes and insoles..."
