"Be aware if you purchase a racket. Be sure to get the terms of the purchase in very specific writing and crystal clear because apparently the integrity of honoring commitments is not there in this store. At least based on our experience. I purchased a new racket for my 16 year old son, had the racket strung by the store and went to pick it up and needed it that day and they would not honor the price they quoted us clearly on 3 separate occasions (twice face to face in the store and once over the phone). A phone call to the manager and email to the owner and still no one will honor the commitments made nor take any ownership of the issue. I am certain this was not a simple miscommunication. The racket itself is fine so far, but if you are the type that expects people to act with integrity and honor their word, be cautious and get things in writing and don't assume people will do the right thing here. Started off strong with this Your Serve, ended up disappointed."

"Suzanne and Jeffery go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are always so kind and helpful whenever I walk in the door. I want to thank Suzanne for finding a jacket that was impossible to locate, but somehow, to my surprise, she was able to track one down."

"Racket buyer beware. We bought a nice tennis racket from this company and they did the stringing. First they didn't call us to tell us the racket was ready for pick up. Then we picked it up and at the first use the string broke. We took the racket in and they said it would be $35 to restring that our player was spinning the ball and that caused the string to break. My wife went in and raised some cain and they gave it for free after a little talking to. The player returned to playing tennis and the string broke again during school tennis practice. We will be taking our business elsewhere."

I am a patron to this store since 2014. 3 names I would like to mention Craig , Jeffrey and Jordan. if "your serve" at Bethany village is a Royal Kingdom of tennis then Craig - The Emperor , a great leader. Jeffrey - The Prince who can understand people needs and provide them the best solution and peace. Jordan - silent , humble yet efficient commander. I recently wanted to switch from my usual racket of choice to new lighter racket, Jeff suggested me few rackets considering my playing style and he encouraged me to demo few new in market rackets. Finally I found my new weapon of choice. Again THE BEST store in the town. just like a family :-)"

"I just took my racquet there for stringing, my racqueet was practically new with no scratches. I bought it just month ago. When I got my racquet back two area of the racquet paint was chipped, when I asked the older man that is working there about scratches, he said "our machine is paded and if you do not want to come back here I understand" Paint chip are exact location as where racquet comes in contact with machine. My racquet did not have any paint chip when I gave them. My racquet is less than 2 months old and first time being restrung. That is unfortunate, they are so close to my house."
