"Georgia law requires pawn shops to give a 10 day grace period before pulling and selling your items. Also, full interest can be charged for 3 months after which interest must be cut in half. I just read your response to my statement of the law above. I made no accusations. I chan my rating because we were in a number of times and only had one bad experienwhichce. The last relst were very good. As to the pawn to which you referred, I assume you may have made an honest mistake with regard to the timing. We had two different pawns at about the same time. We paid on one the last week in January but we were at first told that the other had been pulled and was already gone but then mistakenly told that both were on the same ticket. This was an honest misunderstanding because the 2nd ticket had 2 items on it. I had forgotten the due date on the first item and did not comtact you about paying on it until this time and it was already past my 10 day grace period. I hold on ill will towards you for our one bad interaction. Maybe we were both having a bad day. Good luck sir I appreciate your comments."
