"Horrible customer service. While I’m being checked out the lady is literally eating as she’s checking me out then starts telling her associate a story about someone else as I’m standing right there. I won’t be going back. Sad they definitely need new employees there cause why are you eating in front of me and couldn’t even explain the refund policy just said here sign this. I had to ask when I should expect the refund. I just took the receipt and. I hope they get new employees. People who actually care and make you feel welcomed in their store not like we’re irritating them by shopping."

"This location takes a black sharpie and marks out suggested retail prices and marks them up 15-20%. The employees are extremely rude as well. I’ll continue to shop other Hibbett locations that are not as close to my home!!!! Update 12/26/2023: I returned to this store to redeem a rewards certificate that was expiring. The price on the item was $15. It rang up $16. When I returned to the store, the attitude and actual verbatim comment was, “it’s just a dollar!” Correction people it’s just MY DOLLAR"
"I was just there yesterday and the female that was there was so rude calling up the next customer up and I had no idea she was talking to me since there was no eye contact. She then proceeded to tell the next lady that was behind me to come up because I didn't know who she was talking to she then was helping the lady and was talking about me. I had to fo a return and the employee helping me now was not able to do it and needed her or Jamal? to do it. She was asked to do it and she finished with the customer and proceeded to check out another customer as I am there standing waiting on her. She then proceeds to go to the back came back out and didn't come back to the register to help me. I had to wait as others were being checked out until Jamal? came and did my return I was going to exchange but this customer service is ridiculous. I should of asked for her name but I didn't. All I'm going to say some of us, it's our first Christmas losing a child it doesn't hurt to be nice."
