"The washers are terrible. None of them fill up with water properly. Notified the woman at store she only came over said the machines fill up from back. The laundry pods were still stuck in my clothes after washing. This will be the last time I use this place to wash anything."

"No hot water in the laundry mat. I came to wash a white comforter. I pretreated a few stains, used bleach etc. It seemed to wash well despite the cold water but I wanted to check for stains before drying. I set it on top of an adjacent washer to check it over and picked up dirt - It actually acted more like greese. It was bad. Bought Dawn from the store next door, pretreated again and rewashed - another $4.50. The stains did not completely come out but I dried it anyway. When I went to remove the comforter I noticed a large hole in the dryer drum with gagged metal edges. You can only imagine what this did to my once nice comforter."
