"Excellent customer service. I ordered two woodhaven diaphragm calls from Bass Pro, and the calls were not of the same quality as woodhaven calls I have purchased in the past. I contacted woodhaven and Robin responded immediately. She had the calls headed my way. The calls were delivered to my house (according to the tracking information), but I never received them. I contacted Robin again, and she had additional calls shipped that same day. I received these calls, and they sound great! Very refreshing to deal with such great customer service.
