"They have a huge selection and the team seems knowledgeable. I had ordered 2 pistols and waited 12 weeks for one of them. I received multiple calls telling me that one was in and I could come get “it” I finally canceled the one due to the repeated calls asking me to come get it”the one”. Mind you this is three hours from me and the only store I can use LE in my state. A week later I get a call informing me that my pistol was in and I should come get it, I said I cancelled that order and am waiting on my PDP. As I was on a conference call and this was out of no where I didn’t gather details. I realized I didn’t clarify and called back 5 mins later and my pistol had been “sold” most likely to an employee since it is rare… I’m more annoyed at the poor communication that costs me weeks of time because now I have no choice but to reorder…"

"Tucked in what almost appears as an undercover hideaway straddling the Tennessee and Georgia border is a well stocked gun and supply store. Fairly confident - if it exists, you can find it here. That’s the good part. But there is a rub, service. In the three days I visited the service ranged from over knowledgeable and rude, to super friendly and engaged. There’s no rhyme or reason, when my wife spoke about purchasing a handgun, they dismissed her like a kid at candy counter. What they didn’t know is that she’s a Marine, has plenty of handgun experience and had studied her selection. In short, I’m pleased with my gun purchase, but feel like there could be an attitude adjustment."
