"My experience with the Camp Creek Marketplace has always been abysmal at best. This is the second time this week my order was canceled because they didn't have the item in stock and when I called to inquire no one wanted to help me resolve the issue. Twice this week I had to go out of my way to other locations (30min and 1hr away) in order to secure the balloons. At the other locations the associates were extremely pleasant and worked with me to figure out the best solutions for me. Not once did I get an attitude or made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I wish those customer service values were embodied by the Camp Creek Marketplace workers. This is the type of experience that makes me want to open my on balloon business so no one else is subjected to this nonsense"

"On Friday, October 27, 2023, I went to the party city located in the Camp Creek market place. I purchased a costume, after being told no one could try on the costume’s in the store, but you could take it home and try it on, but if it did not fit, you could return it no issues. I returned to the store Sunday morning to let the manager on duty know that I was making a return. The manager, who had such a nasty and unprofessional attitude, told me the employee that sold me the costume misspoke and it could not be returned. I could only exchange or get a store credit, as she walked away from me. Now at this point I’m ticked off. The manager did not even have a few minutes to speak with me and hear me out. Once she passed by me again, she quickly said she would listen, but her stance was not going to change. She also stated the store was short staff and most employees had been hired in the last seven days. I informed her that I understood working with short staff, but there should be measures in place to right the wrongs employees make. I had no choice but to accept the store credit. This was totally an awful experience!!!!!"

"The service is good but the selection of party goods were not 5 star. I went in looking for a mask and left with a " we will make it work" situation"

"I needed some last minute big ribbons for a grand opening - the sales team was awesome helping! Top notch customer service: from navigating the aisles (Flowers is an all star team member! She knows all the things and helps as soon as she can tell you’re overwhelmed) to my cashier who got my tax exempt status done quickly and kindly. Such a great experience - thanks to all!"
