"I love going to THIS store. Mind you I have a Family dollar 3 minutes from my house and I drive down to this one. Customer service is on 10. The Many “Shay” is PHENOMENAL she goes above and beyond to help you. The store is always clean and organized. I HIGHLY recommend this store."
"The store manager's conduct was absolutely appalling! During my visit, I observed a heated argument between the store manager and an employee. Remarkably, the employee remained composed and tactfully pointed out the presence of customers, but the store manager persisted in her rant. She resorted to profanity and demeaned the employee, making it the most unprofessional and chaotic encounter I've ever witnessed. I have serious reservations about the qualifications of the store manager at this location. I sincerely hope that corporate takes note of this incident and implements necessary changes. No employee should have to endure such disrespect from a manager. I intend to file a formal complaint with corporate as what I observed was entirely unwarranted and highly disrespectful."
"The new store on Chapel Hill Rd is a different layout all together compared to every other store that looks identical, also seems like it's got a little bit more product too. Sure hate the hazelnut creamer gets sold out in one day, I guess someone wants to have it all for themselves, just a bit tiring always findin no hazelnut in 3stores, crazy 2 stores 2 miles apart."
"These rwo gentlemen working the register are kind of rude. Well not so much the taller skinny one. The one that is lighter is very rude he's not patient at all. A person like needs to stock shelves and not be in the front. He needs to not speak to anyone except the manager. I gave 3 stars because they are always fully stocked and it's clean. It's probably because it's new. I am just trying to figure out why they don't have a phone."
