Waffle House

"We hardly ever hear about or read very many positive reviews. Usually it's the negative experiences we have with restaurants, convenient stores, retail stores, etc. that we always hear about. Wherever there is some level of customer service involved. So I want to give a huge shout out to the guys working at this Waffle House location. One was the cook, one was the waiter, but they both helped each other with the customers. They were both super friendly and helpful. We've come to expect folks to be rude, have attitudes and just all around be hateful and dismissive so it was such a welcome change to have this experience tonight. So to the guys working tonight about 7-7:30 pm when I was there, if you read this review, thank you so much for the friendly, welcoming experience. You guys were great! Take care!"

"I have to say! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a waffle house. From the greating when you come in right down to when you leave. I want to give a special to the men and women who worked that particular day. Tony, one of the cooks April server Quita server 2 with no name tags( unknown) Eric was the main cook( that's what one of the servers called him). Great job, guys, and gal's! The only issue I had was that the cooks wore no hair net for their beards or head. Other than that, I really enjoyed myself. The price for my meal was unbelievable! Other waffle houses charged me more for the exact same order."

"Had the best experience ever in a Waffle House. First restaurant that I go that is CLEAN AND NEAT. That's a great experience for us. The food was delicious, the service awesome. Best experience ever. Sad that's almost 2 hours from home. Thank you guys for keeping up the good standards"

"I hate to even make this review. My experience tonight was horrifically terrible. It was terrible due to the fact that I had to wait 40+ minutes just for an all-star meal and orange juice that I did not get to receive. The manager (Black women with dreads wrapped in a bonnet) had such an aggressive attitude and awful temper. When I asked to receive an orange juice she told her employees that’s his fault, strutted her shoulders and continued making other orders. I would appreciate this waffle better if manager had better consumer service and communication skills."

"Had an amazing lunch here. Not much different from all the other locations but the little things made all the difference. It was lunch on Sunday so it was packed but our waitress worked hard and kept us very happy. Food was amazing and cooked to everyone's liking. Me my Fiance and our 3 kids serving was no easy order. But this is now our favorite spot to go. Thanks for everything. Will be returning."
