Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Today I opened a new checking account at Bank of America so I can receive and track payments electronically from a person who owes me money, I lent them money when they needed it. When arriving before 10am I was advised to come back later at 2pm because they had many people waiting ahead of me. I arrived 25 minrutes early and chatted with a few employees. As I waited for a representative who ended up being different than the woman earlier in the day. As I waited a Loomis truck arrived and a black came in carrying a bag I'm assuming money. Then around 2pm two Indian men arrive. My appointment time. They are immediately put in a room and I was then addressed by a representative and told to meet her in her office. On the other side of the bank. As I was talking, and choosing an account and having my personal information entered into there system. The bank rep had my passport, driver's license and social security card. We get interrupted by the two Indian men who asked the bank rep a question. I immediately object and say excuse me "don't interupt". They immediately start accusing me of being argmentatative. I stand walk out of the extremely warm office and complain. Immediately a black store employee comes in the room. The account rep I was dealing with leaves the room. With my IDs. She breifly enters the asian bank reps office next to hers. Another bank rep comes into the office and starts to apologize to me. At that time the two Indian men walk over to a kiosk unit in the wall and stand and do some sort of transaction. I'm hoping without my info. It appears I might have been a purposely interrupted and set up.Urban Warfair. The original rep who I was working with comes back into the office. I finish the account set up transaction and I'm asked to verify my account details on a tablet that doesn't match the information on her desk top. Three names versus two. I was able to surmise the two indian men are regular customers and might be partners. I am so over being harassed and staked by homesexual men. Why do I have the feeling I have just been stolen from. I wonder if the banks CEO Moynihan knows about this? Everything happens for reason. Truth and Justice will prevail."

"Not sure why BOA decided to cut the real human teller in the branch and put only an ATM only. We like to interact with a real human teller and not working with a machine"

"This location by far has proven to be the best in customer service of all the Bank of America’s in the Atlanta region. Kendra was welcoming and very kind and helpful and the Cashier Doris was pleasant and efficient. Keep up the good work!"

"Totally disgusted! First, I was racially profiled by an Indian female (can’t wrap my mind around this) that lacks human customer service and empathy. She watched me for 30 minutes and waited for when it was my turn; I walked to the teller after waiting 30 useless minutes. She ran to the teller and TOLD her not to cash my check, turned around and walked away as if she had done the bank a favor of not cashing a check when you don’t have account with Bank of America. She didn’t make a point as she expected. She became a verified racial profiler. Pathetic at the finest! She should not be the first person one meets when they walk into Bank of America or any bank. Her attitude was negative and distasteful as soon as I entered the bank. I think she feels she owns this branch, this is exactly how she was acting. She needs checking by management. I set in this bank’s location for 30 minutes, and on top of that they insisted and wanted to charge a fee to cash their own check if you don’t have account with them. Received a check drawn on Bank on America, but, be aware if you take a check to Bank of America hoping they will cash your check, don’t do it. They will charge you a fee to cash their own checks if you don’t have an account with them. Where in this world does this make any sense? This is absolutely ludicrous! Left there and went to another bank in the general location that I have account with, and they cashed the check without any questions. Bank of America, just can’t ever get it right. This is why there are so many complaints about them in the world. They will nickel and dime you to no end. Also, this location has a 1.5 rating or lower, probably because of the customer service and the greeter. Sad, for this location and BOA. PS: I am a consumer that should receive great customer service as all consumers whether you bank with Bank of America or not. This one incident at this location missed the mark, immensely."

"I hate Bank of America. That’s the company in it’s entirety. I dealt with the absolute WORST experience when trying to open an account with them. I gave them another chance per my mother’s request. When I initially got to this branch for my appointment I was waiting for a bit. I initially was annoyed because it seemed as if no one wanted to service the appointment I created. I ended up working with Doris, and explaining to her in depth my previous experience. She completely took care of everything and made it a good experience. The manager Stacev was always a joy to work with. I don’t recommend Bank of America to anyone but if you must this would be a good branch to visit."
