"I have came a few times and received good service. They have been fast , professional and did a good job. Today they lost a customer.I was told there would be an hour wait ( never happened before here) , I was ok with the hour wait….. however that 1 hour turned to into two . AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS, with no updates I then informed that person couldn’t do my hair. It is my bday today and I could received services somewhere else within those two hours of waiting just to not get my hair done! Yeah will not be coming back!"

"Today, due to time constraints, I decided to visit the Stonecrest location instead of my usual spot in Decatur. However, I had a ok experience and I will never go there again. The salon is managed by inexperienced individuals, as every braider there was unprofessional. When I walked in, the greeting I received was far from professional, lacking a simple "hello" or "good morning." It was, "you gotta appointment?!" The smell in the salon was also unpleasant, and even during my service, people were complaining about it. While I understand that conversations and music are common in hair salons, they took it to an extreme. They were griping and complaining because they wanted to listen to today's rap music, which was not appropriate for the young girls and older ladies being serviced. I, too, did not appreciate it. The R&B tunes they had playing were perfectly fine, but the volume was unnecessarily loud. Lastly, what was supposed to be a $50 walk-in special ended up costing me almost $100."

"My appointment was at 9am, I walked in the door at 8:58am. No greeting, no how you doing. It went straight to, "You got an appointment?" I said yes at 9am. I was told to go back and wait outside because I still have a couple of minutes. The young lady was in an orange hoodie. She didn't even ask me what I was getting. She was sitting in the chair on her phone. She wasn't busy or prepping to be busy. No thank you. I don't need that negative energy in my scalp. And $250 for medium Knotless to my bra strap ain't worth the nasty attitude. I politely came back to my car and pulled off. This was my first time attempting to use the Braid Bar and my very last. I drove right down Covington Hwy. and found a place that wasn't even open. I called the number and the woman hopped out of the bed and told me to hang tight. I'm a big tipper no matter the cost. I wasn't expecting rose petals at my feet, but I shole didn't deserve the stank treatment I received. Don't assume that everyone wants $50 cornrows just because it's a Tuesday."

"I don't know where to even start, the advertisement outside is false. I haven't been to a braid shop in years that still charge for the hair. They don't tell you that the cost of hair is not included until they finish. That receptionist who is also a braider is so dam rude. The conversations amongst the workers are so inappropriate not everybody like listening to all that cursing. The energy is so bad there it hits you the moment you walk in. Zero stars"
