"NO WARRANTY PERIOD. Please be aware this nail salon don’t offer any warranty for the job they do. Most salons have 1 week warranty period. I had been getting my nails done in this place for months with no issues. Sadly, I went on Dec 19th and got my nails done by this older male tech for the 1st time, who did a terrible job and also had a very rushing rude/awkward attitude. Lily (a different tech) kindly took over and stayed with me after closing time to make my nails look better. Despite her efforts to fix the mess, all the material started to lift off my nails after 4 days. I went back to see Lily exactly a week later on Dec 26th (I could have gone earlier but the place was closed for Christmas) hoping the salon would offer warranty, knowing I had just been there and paid full price for a poor service, but nope!. After THEY checked my nails and decided they had to re-do them completely, I was charged for the full price of the service AGAIN. Even tho they admitted it all was this guys’ fault… very disappointed!. If after reading this, you still want to go there, make sure you go see Lily and don’t leave the place until you’re satisfied with the results, because the next day they won’t care you JUST paid for a bad done job."

"I will never go back to this nail salon nor recommend anyone to go there. I went to get a soak off because I had a set on for 4 months. I also wanted a full manicure. He rushed because another patron came in. So he didn’t take off all the acrylic and told me I didn’t need a manicure. He barely touched my cuticles. I was completely dissatisfied with my service. I patiently waited on him to finish the lady before me and let him take his time because I understand. I will never go back!!!"

"I have been with Michael for 2 visits now and he always does the best job on my finger nails. I loved the design he did the first time so much that i decided to get it done again in pink lol. Thank you Michael for being amazing!"

"Henry did my SNS and he always makes my nails look natural, beautiful and exactly what I asked for. He always has a fun sparkly suggestion for me because he knows I love glitter. He’s funny and REALLY good at what he does. I also got a pedicure but I didn’t catch her name. She also did an excellent job. Definitely recommend this place."

"The facility is clean and they ask that you wear a mask and wash hands before they assist you. I had to wait a bit but I came right after they opened. Penny did my pedicure. I got the Deluxe. She took her time and it did not feel rushed like it does at some places. Vanna (which I learned is the manager) did a design on my nails for me. She did a great job. Overall, great experience."
