"I've been to this location 3 times since moving here last year the first experience I had was amazing this experience I had with Kim was distasteful to say the least I asked her if bangs would look good on me and she said we'll see gathers all my hair cuts it like a 12-year-old doesn't do anything face faming features or anything like the pictures I showed her that I wanted. While she's destroying my hair she is telling me a story of when she botched her own husband's haircuts. My hair is so much shorter then i wanted its rough to touch and i feel disgusting which truly breaks my heart i just wanted to know if id look nice with them no one should take clippers to someone's hair with out the goahead! I will not be back and if i could id never would have sat down in her chair, biggest mistake of 2024 absolutely run away if a lady with braids name Kim goes to do ur hair"

"My appointment was wonderful. I called the stylist and asked to have my head shaved in private. I am a 65 year old female going through aggressive chemo and had lost most of my hair. He made sure I was taken care of and treated me extra special.❤"

"I got my haircut a few weeks back by a very young girl and she butchered my hair. It was so short I could not go out anywhere for a week. I clearly asked her to only takeoff half an inch And the manager on duty heard me so she took over, but the damage was done. She offered me a coupon for a free wash and haircut. When I came back to receive my wash and haircut, the manager that was on duty said I can only get a free haircut. When I asked her to, please give me the owners information she said she could not give that out. I was very disappointed with their customer service. I also found out they let that girl go shortly after because she had no business cutting hair."

"I was disappointed with my experience at this store today (1/19/24). When I came in, I let them know that I do not provide my name or phone number for privacy reasons. I have been here many times before and they accept that and provide the service. Today, Kevin responded with "I don't understand why people don't want to give that information". I responded politely he doesn't need to understand. He looked a bit miffed at me and so I asked if he wanted to provide the service and he said "I wouldn't mind if you walked out the door". I took his picture, got his name and left. I went to a competitor, there are many in the area. My previous experience at the store with diversity of folks working hard there has been quite good."
