"I would like to first say that we have eaten here multiple times, and the food has ALWAYS BEEN amazing. In fact, I've had this dish before, and it was good. This review is for the way I was treated. I received my meal and when I ate it, everything had a charred /burnt taste. Again, I've had it before, and there was not an overwhelming burnt taste. I was unable to eat my meal. When I told the server, she contacted the kitchen. Someone came out and very matter of fact told me that the name was "burnt cheese". Thinking I had misread the menu, I got a menu. No where in the description states that the food is burnt. Upon a Google search, the name translates to burnt cheese. Since I am not bilingual, there would be no way for me to know this. Along with the fact that I have had this before, and it didn't taste like that. I asked to speak with the manager, and he completely wrote it off, telling me it stated it was on a skillet. I didn't try to argue as it was obvious that he wasnt going to try and nake it right, I knew it was on a skillet and served sizzling. I've had it before, and it didn't taste like this. I could not eat my meal. It is very disappointing that a place that we've eaten at on numerous occasions would write it off like this. I was not trying to get out of paying for my meal. However, I did end up leaving, having only had cheese dip and salsa for supper and a bill of over $50 for 2 people."

"The food was so, so good. We were seated fast, even though we got there at a busy time. The waiter was friendly and attentive. There was quick turnaround on our order, and the food was delicious. The steak in my burrito was tender and flavourful. We will definitely be back."

"I was disappointed. I order chicken soup. It was not the traditional chicken soup I have received at multiple other restaurants. Then I asked for a side of avocado and it was basically rotten. If they are willing to send out a rotten avocado what else are they willing to send out. Everyone else at my table enjoyed their meal."
