"The owner was rude and I will never return. I called to ask her about a take down and she told me the price and to come on in. Upon my arrival she realized how much hair I actually have and began to get upset because she couldn’t just cut my braid in the middle she actually had to start at the bottom of the braid. She then began speaking to the other braiders in their language quite aggressively which then made me uncomfortable. I politely got my things and left."
"Do not speak English and they know English very well. Makes customers feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Was there 9 hours and they laughed and spoke their language all the way through. Work is okay. Somethings better left unsaid. So I'll just not say it."
"This by far was the worst experience of my life. I went on November 8, 2020 and got No knots braid for $220 then on December 29, 2020 front tribal braids with individual in the back for $230. Both times I went it took 11 hours, the whole entire time they talked and laughed about people. The reason for this review is because one lady who braided the front of my hair, braided it so tight my hair came out in the front of my head. When I called the owner so I could get the front scalp braids re-done with individual, the owner told me to send a picture and never picked up the phone again after the picture was sent. My hair is long and once I removed the braids after three day braids all my hair was gone in the middle. Please be very cautious, it is a lot of shops around the area and this particular shop is not the one to go to. If you do not want your hair to come out then don’t get braids here."
