"When you walk into the pawn shop you already here the staff talking unappropriate and then when you get to the counter they ask you. Have you been here before or have you pawned this item here before and you said yes a couple of times. I pawn it here before and the young lady asked me. Is it okay that she scrape it put acid on it to check and see if it's real? I guess I'm like okay. You know you haven't scrape it before, but as long as you don't damage it, it's fine and she said it's not guaranteed. Well, I haven't signed any disclosure about it being guaranteed or not But like I said, as long as you don't damage it so she did all her scanning scraping dipping in the acid. Whatever she did come back and said that it would not pass because the charm is green. Well I didn't see none, she agree it's been pawned twice already through the same company. You looked it up and seen the same thing. Well they didn't scrape it back in 2021 is 2023 now we scrape she said! It doesn't matter y'all whether y'all dipping in acid or however you did it. You verify it was real and that's why I was able to collect on it and she said she couldn't do my chain because it's too thin. It will ruin it. So I take the charm to Kay's jeweler and told them that the pawn shop says it wasn't real mine you i had it about 5 years now wearing it and is never turn nothing and it like I said case and it's it's gotten 10 carat cake from Italy. Everybody know from Italy is real 10 karat gold I don't know anything Kay ever sold me fake so I figured that pawn shop Is afraud it pawns what it wants to pawn Kay's Jewelers says in stonecrest said yes ma'am it is real. It has 10 karat gold Italy on it and they remember saling to me because I have an account with them"

"In the business to just take tour money. I work a lot and long hrs I missed my pay date yes my fault but no courtesy call and they sold my items. Two days late. Wow I'm so disgusted on how they operate. I'm always in this some location buying things. They just basically will take your money and could care less how long you have been paying or have been a customer."
