"First time getting eyelashes done and I had a horrible experience! She did a sloppy job, left a lot of glue on my inner eyelids, the glue was burning my eyes and had a strong odor, my inner lids felt like I have shards of glass, that bothered me and couldn’t close my eyes to sleep without discomfort. My eyes were swollen and red the next day, I truly suffered trauma. Called to complain and said to come at 1pm, got there and the door is locked and she’s with a client. Waited at the door for 15min and called back and she was super unprofessional and got irritated and hung up on me. The place is like an utility closet with no windows and claustrophobic, with clutter, the blanket was dirty. Went to a different place paid another 30$ to have them removed and the technician there said that this was the worst job she ever seen, a lot of glue on my inner eyelids, she literally glued them on my inner eyelids, and they were not soft and felt like hard wires! Keep out and don’t have your eyes mutilated like me! There’s no Vera there, she is just hiring unqualified cheap labor. Her name was Deidra Robinson, and by calling me a liar you have shown how unprofessional you are once again. My pain and discomfort mean nothing to you! You just took my money and continue to find excuses with the race card, to not be accountable for your sloppy work. Please don’t let her mess you up, i should have got up and run, because not even half way into it I knew I have made a bad decision. I just want everyone to avoid this place, because I don’t want you to go through with what I experienced, and she will not make it right judging by her response below. It’s a nightmare and I will never get eyelashes done in my life ever again!"
