"Kim did my hair (color+cut) and my hair has never looked and felt better! She slayed my cut and applied treatments to my dry, thick and long hair which made a world of a difference. My hair looks shiny, healthy, and the layered haircut was amazing. Kim was extremely professional and friendly and clearly experienced. She even brought me food from the lifetime cafe and made sure I was good and comfortable while going through the long hair coloring and cut process. She will be my go to for all future hair appointments. Do not hesitate to book with her! :)"
"This is the 2nd time that the salon at this life time has had to cancel or be over an hour late on my hair appointment. I went on the app and booked a 5PM appointment with Diedrah - I arrived to work out at 2:30, and confirmed with the front desk if Diedrah was on pace to handle my hair cut. The front desk said yes. An hour later they called me to say that Diedrah had to cancel since she was unable to cut my hair. According to the front desk, the software overbooked… I am never coming back to this location again since it seems that their management software and front desk associate has absolutely no idea how to be competent in booking people. If I was the manager, I would have at least provided a complimentary haircut since it’s the 2nd time this has happened to me. I’ve had to move my day around to make another appointment before I travel. Seriously this was some of the most unprofessional customer service."
