She was attentive and thorough and even gave me a quick massage on my shoulder blades when they cramped from laying on my back. She listened when I walked in the door and I left with my face, neck and shoulders feeling invigorated AND with my next appointment on the books. Following her instructions & taking good care of them, my lashes still look great on fill-in day. When she is done, they are long, dark, full & natural...all per my request.
