I am writing this review because of the outstanding customer support I received during a difficult situation from Mr. Paolo Renzo Roque and Ms. Kiana Lee. Mr. Roque provided me with immediate assistance with a genuine caring attitude. He followed up and provided status with telephone calls and notified me when the issue was resolved. Ms. Lee also followed up with telephone calls and provided status. I was about to leave BOA but due to these two individuals going above and beyond their duties I am still a customer. I only wish that BOA had these types of individuals working at all locations ."

"Cold callous and careless. Been with boa for over 20 years and can truly say they do absolutely nothing for me except store my money and charge me fees. Been a road block on all my financial endeavors, where other banks have stepped up. Finally wising up and taking my money elsewhere. Banks should be an asset to us, not a liability. This place sucks, plain and simple."
"I don't know why there are so many neg reviews here. I had a very enjoyable experience! Luis and Elicia were very courteous and professional. Luis was extremely helpful in getting an estate account set up for me. Maybe the difference is because I made an appointment? Either way, there was a little bit of construction going on but all the associates were all very professional and courteous. I would definitely come back for my future banking needs!"
