"I called the stylist a little more than 2 weeks ago! Sent her pictures of my and the color I wanted! Told her the style I wanted! She sent me her online booking page! I booked for 2 weeks out, because it went with my schedule! My total was $125! No problem! Get in the chair and she asks me what was I getting! I told her color, wash and press! She whips out her phone and said, you booked a wash and press and it showed a total of $50! I told her my total was $125, cause the color was 75! She said, she couldn’t color my hair because I was only allotted so much time! I told her I’m not getting my hair done if I can’t get everything! She told me I had to pay $25 deposit! I told her I don’t see why I have to pay deposit since it wasn’t my fault! She asked for cash app, cash or it would charge my card that I booked with! I think she overbooked and went in and changed my booking request! Then she became very unprofessional! Working with these COVID patients is stressful enough! First time out in weeks! Had to drag myself off the sofa ~ to go and be met with such a nasty and unprofessional attitude! People never know what a person is going through! Ashley Hall so unprofessional! I feel like it’s all a scheme to get money without working! Deserves a zero!"
