"I've been here several times in the past and they had always done an alright job especially for the price but this last visit was my last straw because I left the shop with abrasions all around the edges of my nails from the techs initial filing, I tried to explain how they were crooked and beyond an "okay" there was minimal done to fix it so I still walked out of the store with crooked and raw nail beds. Usually it's an okay place to go and the techs are all nice I'm just very disappointed in this visit and will not be returning."

"I love Susan and all of their family, but I got my nails done today and I asked her to go all the way over on my nails so that they won’t lift and this is how she let me leave the store. I guess I was “complaining” too much so they just did this. Most definitely never going back. 88 dollars down the drain."
