"Spoke with a representative named Ann our Anna….yesterday was told a work order was put in to have my water cut on ….well come 5pm today water still not on…Call back get same representative…now she says the work order never got put in due to a random fee and a nunber….Thank you Columbus Water Works for screwing my out of water for another day"
"I called Monday the 8th at 9:54 am. I was on hold for over 6 minutes for a representative. A message service picked up the call during business hours to take a message. I was instructed that they were too busy and that I would hopefully receive a call back the next business day. It should not take a day and a half to reach a representative to whom you are paying for a service."
"I have a local business and have been trying to reach someone for four business days! No one answers the phone and when I leave a call back number, no one returns our call. The business next to us is now vacant and instead of cutting their water off, you cut ours off! This is ridiculous. I have staff and customers who need to be able to use a toilet and cannot. I have complained about this issue for over a year now as our lines are crossed. I've been overcharged due to this issue and now do not have running water. If I could give less than one star I would."
"Adding a $75 late fee for accounts past due after 30 days yet y'all set a different due date is crazy and seems borderline illegal. Also in this economy it just seems like the fee would be dropped because if someone doesn't have the money at the due date now they have an extra $75 to come up with does that make sense to anyone but the greedy water company"
"If anyone feels they have been scammed the water company , please contact me. We are seeking Atlanta legal counsel in a class action lawsuit against this water company for fraudulent activity and failure to maintain accurate readings from faulty meter equipment."
