"I called to get appointment to have my hair colored and cut. The lady said she would have a stylist call me back shortly to set up appointment. She gave the name but I want post that. I didn’t hear anything till later the next day. Then it was a text message wanting to know if I wanted to set up appointment. I replied yes. Then a she asked by text what I wanted done. I replied. Waited a while then another text asking another question. I replied. A little later another text another question. I just didn’t answer. Took to long to try set up something and by text. I know that’s what most people do now but with a new customer I would call and talk to them. Just my thoughts."
