First Nails

"Run far far away from this place. The owner or whoever the man is that sits at the 1st station to your left is very rude and condescending, not to mention a liar! Don't waste your time calling cause they'll tell you one thing on the phone and its a completely different story when you arrive. There are too many nail salons out here for you to choose from!"

"On August 4th 2022 I received a pedicure by the lady with cut bangs across her forehead. I'm unsure her name. She cut my toe nail too short and into the quick. Then cut the side of the toenail. The next day I woke up it pink, swollen, and sore. It slowly got worse over time, more red, severely swollen, and extreme pain. I went to urgent care on September 30th 2022. They placed me on a 5 day round of antibiotics. It did not help. Today 10/15/22, it is severely worsened to the point I'm going to have to schedule a podiatrist appointment and spend more money to fix my toe from the pedicure ladys' mistake. I will not be back. I will not recommend them to anyone either. Update from podiatrist appointment. November 12,2022 I had to have my toe nail removed completely because of this nail salon."

"I don't normally get my nails done but I decided I wanted SNS nails. I've had them in the past and really didn't have a good experience. They were too long for my preference and made my fingers hurt. I decided to try again. After a "not too long" of a wait, (which was about an hour, and my only complaint) a nail tech started working on my nails. I wish I had gotten her name because that's who I want to use from now on. She did a fantastic job. My nails look beautiful, no pain at all afterward. I love them. Thank you First Nails for making my nails look beautiful."

"I used to use them regularly. For years. I didn't come back after a really bad nail job, but decided to give another chance. My nails are sore, I didn't get what I asked for by any means. Even cried after speaking up and still not receiving respect during the service. It'll take 6 months for my toenails to regrow after whatever this mess is she did to them, probably with ingrown nails. Absolute regret."
