"I love this place. The food never disappoints me. It is consistently good. You can try samples of the different chicken salad options. It is the perfect place to go for a quiet lunch with your girlfriends. Perfect for suburban ladies."
"Disappointed. I really used to love this location. Today, we ordered take-out for a lunch meeting. I ordered my favorite - Fancy Nancy. I had remembered the grapes being sliced and there being more pecans and apples. I literally had 2 mounds of plain chicken salad with a few WHOLE grapes, a couple of cubes of apples, and maybe one tiny speck of a pecan stirred in. It definitely was NOT my favorite Fancy Nancy. So sad."
"My family and I have eaten here many times and even visited more frequently during COVID so this local spot would stay open. The food is great, but there is a recurring theme that we can no longer ignore and has not gotten better. Employees will go straight from cleaning the dining room to handling or delivering our food. Multiple times, on multiple occasions, we have had to ask them to wash their hands before handing us our food. Sometimes they give us a little attitude about doing so. We have discussed this with the manager a while back, but it keeps happening. It's so unfortunate because we like the food. However, we will not be back to this location."
"Absolutely disgusting! Received my door dash order with bugs in it and sat on hold with a shift supervisor for 20 mins. This is absolutely unacceptable. I use to be a restaurant manager and the unwillingness or lack of caring they did to resolve this just shows how restaurant management has gone down. I have reported this to an old friend with the Food and Safety department. Always check your food before eating it. This restaurant should be shut down for a few days and retrain their employees on cleanliness and food safety. Update: I emailed the info at chicken salad chick and still no response. No response from the district manager. This franchise is definitely on my never eat at again list. They do not care about your concern or safety."
"Lives up to its reputation of cute comfort. It’s exactly what you think it’s going to be, chicken salad on your choice of bread. Not bad, but quite small considering the price. Chicken dumpling soup was hearty and delicious. Sweet tea was also as expected."
