Chick-fil-A

"Unfortunately I did not have a chick-fil-a type experience at this location. I ordered a very simple meal, two kale salads and a medium fry no salt. I was asked to pull and wait, which isn’t a problem. The issue came when the gentleman handing out the food approached my car and shoved my bag into my arm almost dropping my food. The gentleman did not come all way to the window he literally stuck his arm inside my window from the side to hand me my food. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. My fries were hard, I didn’t feel appreciated at this location at all. No one called me by my name when it was given during my ordering process. I would highly recommend pulling cameras from today at 12:45 to see exactly what I am speaking of. You will see my white Tiguan parked in lane 1 and you will see the gentleman do exactly what I stated. I have no plans to return to this location."

"This place has severely declined. SEVERELY. In regard to quality, care, and service, there is none. If it’s because they can’t handle the influx of people moving to this county, I don’t blame! But the fact still remains. From not getting orders right, to not providing napkins/utensils/straws, etc, to the extremely long wait times..it’s all a train wreck. Sad because this used to be the best fast food restaurant (not just chick fil a) in the county…now it’s just as bad as the Wendy’s across the street. I asked for a Cobb salad with EXTRA bell pepper topping (implying that there should be MORE than one) and 2 garden herb ranches. What I got was a poorly constructed salad with ONE bell pepper topping and ONE ranch…even though they had no issue charging me FOR them. This is probably the fifth time in a row and I just can’t take it anymore. It’s just a slap in the face. PLEASE! BE BOTHERED TO CHECK THE BAG AND MAKE SURE THE ORDER IS RIGHT!"

"Everyone knows that whatever you get, the food is always going to be good. The sandwiches always come out hot and fresh. If you dine-in, the seats are a little dirty but that isn't my biggest concern. They might have the best staff in the city. I was having a bad day but the boy handing out my food in the drive through put me in a good mood by asking me what I do for a living and how my day is going."

"Not sure what’s going on but lately I’ve been having bad luck with the chicken sandwich being extremely dry and breast small. Nuggets were dry as well, I spoke to manager on shift they did nothing about it lol"
