"Nice park! Lots of deer. We are here camping in our RV (water/ elec). The sites are very narrow & tricky backing into because most are on an angle/hill. Once you're in, your good. Concrete pads & patio area. Water front / views are gorgeous. Beach is big. Plenty picnic tables for day use. Restrooms are dated but clean & hot water is hot need showers. Staff very friendly."

"This is a wonderful RV Park and a well kept secret! This was our second time staying here and it was worth it. The campsites are perfect and you have access to Lake Lanier almost on all sites. The only issue is that you don’t have sewer. For $30.00 a day you can’t complain. You have a dump station by the office at the entrance of the park next to the office. There is a beach area that everyone can access included in their stay. Also, the bath houses are kept very clean and their are many options for camping including tent areas and glamping tents you can rent. We will continue to camp here again. You can stay for 14 days at a time and must leave for 30 days before coming back again."

"Awesome campground. We loved it here, it’s surrounded by lake Lanier, the view and the peaceful energy is everything. The RV site have electricity and water, picnic table and BBQ grill. They have boat ramps, playgrounds, showers, clean bathrooms and pavilions. Is dog friendly. We will come back here to camp. We enjoyed it"

"Nice place, had 3 sites in tent section. close to the nice beach fair price! Had a great time! Update: I purchased a camper so I have been staying in the rv section of the campgrounds, the sites are quite small and you have to share a pull through which is a little inconvenient especially if someone is in the first site. But our view was beautiful."

"A dear friend of mine took both me and my 4yo daughter to River Forks Park to fish and play on playground. This park is a Hall County owned and maintained Park and they really do a great job at keeping it up, nice, and clean. The people who oversee the day to day operations and grounds are extremely helpful and friendly. A Day Use Pass is only $5 for a car with 5 or less people. The day-use area is huge and the park itself is vast, at over a hundred and twenty-five acres. There are many things to do from swimming, to fishing, to boating, to cooking out, or even having a birthday party at one of there many, large pavilions. Added bonus, they keep an extremely tidy and very large bathhouse. You can camp at the 125 acre park by reserving either a tent or RV/Camper site, each area is separate. There is a HUGE, clean beach for swimming and clean sand to build sandcastles with. They also have one HUGE playground near beach and beach bath house and additional playgrounds throughout the park. They have boat ramps and docks that stretch out into the water to fish off of and good shores around the coves where the fish really bite. Our family truly loves this park."
