Sing It or Wing It

"We took our friends to this place because we all love karaoke. There was a $5 per head cover charge and one of my friends is handicapped. We went in and some people cut in front of us and took one of the only available tables. We had to go to the back of the restaurant and the only small table available there did not allow enough room for our friend to be able to sit comfortably. We went back out to the front and ask the gentleman if we could just please have our $20 back because there was no place to sit and he absolutely was rude and refused! I could see if we had stayed more than 30 minutes but we were there less than 10 if it was that long. Also the music was so loud you could not hear the singers so there was no professionalism in the karaoke either. I would never even attempt to go back in this place!"

The waiter JOE was rude, disrespectful, and seemed uninterested in serving our table. He didn’t put alcohol in our drinks. He went outside and smoke, came back and didn’t check on our table. He pretending to be cleaning it’s like he was avoiding our table. It felt like we were transported back in time to a less customer-friendly era. It's really important for a restaurant to prioritize good service, so I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving. I wouldn't recommend dining there based on my experience." "We came here with a group with kids and families prior to the evening time. Food was good, atmosphere was fun. We had wings and my wife got a Philly Cheesesteak with nacho cheese!"

"This was my first karaoke experience and what fun! The food was surprisingly excellent. The two of us opted to split two appetizers, the chicken egg rolls and the chicken quesadillas. Both were stuffed with chicken and made more than a meal, which was a bargain at $10 each. They are known for the fishbowl drink, which is $10 for 16 ounces. There were some really good singers that night, plus those of us who just wanted to have fun. $5 cover to get in was reasonable. Our tab for 2 appetizers, 2 fishbowls, and 2 tall drinks came to about $62 before tip. Parking is always challenging downtown, but we opted to park in a lot near the Aquarium. We spent $11 to park."
