"Went for keratin treatment which I’ve had numerous times. I explained that I had a bad experience once before and she said that if I purchased the special shampoo and conditioner that if I had an issue that I would get it re-done no cost. Woke up to a frizzy mess so I contacted her. My complaints led to nasty responses and I never got my treatment. So, I’m out $125!"
