"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The burger lacked salt and flavor, and the drinks were non-alcoholic, resembling simple juices. Even fast-food burgers from McDonald's or Burger King had more taste. The cocktails, priced at $18, tasted like plain lemon and orange juice. The service was sluggish, despite the appealing atmosphere. Overall, I was let down, especially considering the better pasta options at Olive Garden. I advised to improve the menu with other chefs or bartenders if this restaurant want to be successful since it is sad to expend a lot of money in a place that is very bad."

"This place is awesome. The atmosphere the food and the services is amazing. Me and my girlfriends we try this place for the first time and it was an amazing experience. We will be back. If you like your drink like is try the Tropical Oasis’s and the appetizers the jerk chicken egg rolls was my favorite.we will definitely be back."

"Palm 78 was a great surprise. Husband and I went for a spontaneous lunch date and found this gem. The ambiance was great, service was stellar and food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The food was prepared to perfection and the presentation was perfect. I will definitely be back. The music has nice R & B and we fully enjoyed our meal and first-time experience. Shrimp and grits, and the Maple chicken and waffles were banging. We had a side of truffle fries and jerk egg rolls that were EVERYTHING !!! Dine-in!!!!"

"This was a very nice Mothers Day surprise. The live band was great. The wait staff was very nice and professional. Not so much the hostess/manager. We had a slight mixup upon arrival, and the host/manager did not handle it very professionally. My daughter asked for a side of Blue Cheese dressing, but was told they didn’t have any. That was kind of confusing because salads are served on the dinner menu. The decor is nice and plenty of seating, the food was very good. Lamb chops were on the small side. Visited for brunch, but would like to return to experience their dinner service."
