"Worst Popeyes. There is always an issue when going here.. Be prepared for the inside to be closed randomly. Be prepared for the drive through to be down. Be prepared for them to not be accepting anything but cash. It's a new challenge every time I come here."
"I left a 1 star review 5 years ago explaining my disappointment with this particular Popeyes location. The same 1 star review is appropriate for today. Nothing has changed. The restaurant locks their doors during opening hours, the box where you order from never works and there is no sign directing you to come to the window. I literally sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone a few cars behind me let me know that I’d have to order at the window. When I finally did order the only thing available was chicken legs. Nothing else…. Absolutely nothing. The register worker was rude and made no eye contact as she shot down every order I made with ,”we don’t have that!” As I stated to corporate last year, they either need to close down this location or hire all new staff."
"Busy at lunch, that's to be expected. Food was as good as Popeyes is. Nothing different. It's close to work so I'm not complaining. Left satisfied. Customer service was on point. Appreciate the older white gentleman that helped me...I didn't get his name. I'm coming back tho."
"This location is just horrible and need to be shut down! They are always short staffed and always out of something!!!! Today I came on my lunch break, after ordering online, and the inside was closed! They made everyone wait in the drive thru with a broken speaker! Everyone had to wait to get to the window to place their order and even to pick them up! Why are y’all open for business if y’all can’t afford to keep the establishment in shape!"
