"Literally standing in line at this subway which has a drive thru. There is a gentleman that had been sitting in his car for his order at the drive thru window for 20-25 mins. They took 3 orders for people who walked in after he got there, including me. Honestly just sad the poor guy sat there that long. They knew he was there and chose to ignore him."

It appeared that only one person was working. I asked him if the drive thru was open and he said yes, plus he had a headset on so I don’t know what the problem was."
