"Worst customer service. Every food that came out of the kitchen had some added color to it including chutneys. We ordered samosa chat and tea. They didn’t even bother to warm up the food atleast before serving it to the customer. They were just cold. This place needs a huge revamping with proper training to the employees and better food. Never coming back, there are so many options around for some descent food where they actually make some effort to serve better."

"Please avoid this place would be my very honest recommendation. I wish I had read some of these comments here. I am a regular at their Decatur location and love the food there - very fond of paneer tikka masala dosa and gobi manchurian. However, this Duluth location is NOT up to the standard - food was completely tasteless, found a black burnt rubbery kind of substance in the food and when I asked, they brushed it off saying that was cabbage (didnt look like it though) and the portions were small (see picture - price was the same as the Duluth location $12.99 for the the dosa). Also, the staff was rude and sarcastic. I did not see an Indian employee and I am guessing there is none in the kitchen either. If there was an Indian chef in there, then he/she may be able to understand and fix the issues with the quality and taste of the food. I will NEVER go back to this location no matter how hungry I am because it is not worth it. This location needs to shut down or this is just a daylight rip off."

"It's the best place for a variety of Indian sweets. However, the food disappointed me, as it was more oily than expected."

"Don’t know why this place is hyped so much !! We got 2 lb mixed sweets and shakarpada ( snacks ) and ordered dokhla and pao bhaji for dining . Shakarpada had a horrible oily after taste. The mixed sweets ( ladoo , peda , chamcham etc ) tasted just like the ones kept in grocery’s cold section. It hardly felt like freshly made. Dhokla was a bummer - I can make better than what they served me and I am called a horrible cook. And who tops dhokla with a kg of nylon mixture ?? Guys , this one should be named as disappointment and not dhokla .. The bhaji in pao bhaji was a saver as it tasted the way it should taste . But the dish was spoiled with sweet buns .. That green chutney was surely chemical mixed in fridge cold water :( Wondering who is cooking in their kitchen responsible for my sheer waste of 60 dollars . Dining area is awfully dirty and I wiped my table myself - I rated service as 5 for the sweet women on mithai counter who patiently helped us . The rest were pain ."

"we had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and indulging in a wide range of delectable dishes. Our order consisted of the cut mirchi, bhel puri (which was ok-ish), Masala Dosa, pav bhaji, we are happy with flavors of each dish. They also have a diverse selection of sweets and snacks. The service was awesome as well. Have very big space with good ambience.I would definitely come again."
