"The service by Juliana is great! The hostess is also kind. The food is underwhelming. Boiled chicken and 3 pieces of queso paisa don’t make a Catira. The jugo de parchita was watered down. And the empanada was perfect in flavor, but incredibly small. The atmosphere and music are nice, but certainly the cook is not Venezuelan (or needs to step up their game) You have all the ingredients to be a great joint. Keep up the good work and add some sazón!"

"My wife and I visited here on Friday night. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. The main entrance is on the back of the retail area. The hostess never looked at our eyes while she was guiding us, I have to asked her if she was talking to us! Our waiter, he was a little lost, he needs some training on serving. The menu doesn’t have price, so if you are on a budget good luck figuring out. I ordered appetizers, they brought it with the entree. I ordered a regular hamburger, I got a mix, which was ground beef, chicken etc, didn’t taste bad. Both hamburgers were cold. We had to ask for the check after a while sitting there and again the waiter was behind me while I was paying. (He needs training)"

"I highly recommend their food! They need better signs to show where the entrance is since we still accidentally walked into the wrong door and was approached hostilely by the owner. Customers shouldnt be approached like that. We still purchased from their business since we just assumed he was not having a good morning. Do better please, many people coming from church do not need to hear profanity in the morning. Occurrence: Sunday, 11/20/2023, 11:20 AM. @Duluth location."

"Let’s start off by saying that the arepas not bad. But they’re not worth it. It took an hour for us to get our food, I’m currently typing this an hour and 15 minutes into being here, and I haven’t received my cup of water yet. The place is pretty cramped, so not too comfortable to be in. The waiters have been nice enough, but the one that we got didn’t speak English at all, so I was kind of uncomfortable for those that only spoke English to order. On top of that, the menu didn’t have prices, so we don’t even know how much we’re gonna be paying for this. If I find a way to edit this post, then I will comment on that. ** EDIT** we spent between $12 and $16 each, so not too pricey, but again took way too long for us to want to return. We had to wait like 25 minutes to get our check. Overall, I probably wouldn’t come back."

"Arepas...... pastelitos... tequeños.... cachapas... mandocas.... This should be enough to tell you to stop by and give EPA a try. Friendly service and good Venezuelan food that won't hit the pockets too deep like other Venezuelan spots. I highly suggest you order a CHICHA drink while you're in... just trust me. Their space inside is a bit on the small side but you typically have a table to sit at. Service is great and friendly and will help you decide on food if you're not familiar. Love Epa and the energy the owner brings!!! Check them out!!"
