"Never again! This bowl is barely half full and is worth almost $13. I can see the actual bottom of the bowl before I've taken one bite. I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant chain over the years but this is exactly why Chipotle is on a different level. I will never spend another cent at any moe's location."
"One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced from a restaurant. Since I didn't have the mobile app on my phone, I asked them to enter my number manually so I could access my reward points. An older guy (I think the manger) refused to put my number in and told me to get out without even attempting to assist me. The store was empty so his statement that "they were busy at the time" was completely invalid and purely just a lie to excuse his incompetence and disrespect towards customers like me. I never want to visit this Moe's ever. Not to mention the ridiculously small portions of food they serve compared to other Moe's locations. I think these corporations need to teach franchises on what the customer service is and prioritize the satisfaction of customers so they can retain them and reflect a positive image on the restaurant. Reply to owner's response: Thank you for the response. Interesting see the response though. One of the owners was doing this to me (the customer). I don't know how you are going to address this with the owner. Please let me know."
