"Came last night ordered 2 combos all dark got home & had 3 breast & 1 baby size wing & no biscuits. They were out of everything but still open. Nobody wanted that DRY white meat if all dark was gone."

"Speaking only of this location and only this visit, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Popeyes. The employee behind the counter literally ignore us (no 'just one minute please' greet - not even any eye contact) for over a full minute as he stood behind the register and walking around the kitchen area. When he finally acknowleged us, he was surly and 'short' with his speech. And when he completed my order he didn't even take my friends (separate) order until he completely fulfilled mine and handed me the food. Once I got to the table I realized he didn't give me a spoon or a straw for my drink. There were no condinements, utensils, drink lids, straws, napkins, or tea dispensers on the drink/condinements station. When I asked about that the employee said they've not been putting those out since COVID. I know that to be untrue because I ate at the same restaurant a few months back and all the stuff was out. The food was so-so compared to usual (the chicken wasn't as warm, the biscuit had hard edges, and they were out of cole slaw at noon on a Saturday). And the restaurant was somewhat less clean that I would expect. Bottom line - a bad experience that would prevent me from eating at the restaurant again if I new my experience would be the same."

"This Popeyes never has anything no sides, no cooked chicken “unless you want to wait 30 minutes for them to drop more”. They only take cash cause they always having issues with their card machine. They always have issues with staff no one shows up or they have what they call “an emergency” please stop. I just don’t understand why this Popeyes can’t just run efficiently without always getting told something to make you want to turn away. I feel that this Popeyes always has an excuse to tell their customers so they don’t have to run efficiently like a proper fast food establishment. Please do better Popeyes. Do better."

"I should have read the reviews from the customers. It was my mistake to order sunday night meal for my family $43 (16pc, 3 sides & 8 biscuits) we threw out the fries due to saggy taste & brown oil. I didn't know popeyes were this bad. Corporate needs to monitor this place ASAP."

"No wait in drive-thru line. Get to window to pay and we’re asked to pull forward to wait. Waited 20 min then went inside. Paris was friendly. Wait time is just awful. Chicken sandwich bun was hard and crunchy. 8 piece chicken was over cooked. Not a good visit."
