"If Magistrate Court gives you this number to seek legal advice, DO NOT call them!! Very rude and unprofessional people. The court gave me THIS number because apparently they would be able to answer my legal question since the people at the front desk couldn't, when I call and started asking Tina my question, I'm not even half way done and she responds "We don't do that! You need to call your personal Attorney!" (In a very rude tone) and proceed to HANG UP!!! I'm thinking the whole time why would the court house give me this number."

"I just had an very unprofessional experience with this company. Very rude and stated that Georgia is not a friendly free family State. Meaning no rights for tenants, only landlords. And hung up on me. I read the others reviews and I don't understand why they are still in business if they can't help the people that pay taxes."

"Very unprofessional. One of their “staff attorneys “ has been sending me about 10+ emails daily harassing me about some false accusations and “hear say” her “client” has told her . For someone who claims to be an attorney she had zero knowledge about the CARES act statues that ended the waiving of late fees July 31 ,2020 , as well as the current CDC order . This woman was told the same facts/answers 20 times and still chooses to email and harass me about something she already has the answer too. It seems this establishment should further educate their attorneys if they are going to allow them to be representing them. My attorney has reviewed the emails and i have paid him a retainer as of today to handle this harassing attorney and company. I was very patient with her and even quoted the CARES Act and CDC order to honestly show her she is falsely accusing me as well as harassing me about something that never happened. I even showed her the proof in order for her to stop harassing me. It is VERY sad this attorney has accused me of such neglect when in truth , I helped her client tremendously months ago, more than I was able to help anyone in my profession in a long time. This attorney is on a power trip or directly wants to harass me for whatever reason , one of the two! I personally have never been one to accuse someone of something unless I have TRUE FACTS! Then she keeps demanding to go to my supervisor as if she’s not sitting right beside me looking at the harassment as well. I did not appreciate the approach of needing my supervisor, when the Attorney is at fault here, highly unprofessional . I believe that shows this attorney truly has some Aggression issues here or is seeking some form of retaliation towards myself. She keeps asking to meet me in person however I have refused due to the extent of her harassment and attempts to try and intimidate or bully me when I have done nothing wrong. I am so thankful I have refused to meet in person as I have the evidence of her harassing emails now for my attorney. I even asked her to provide me the “proof” her client has given her to show me the grounds she is creating these assumptions on, however nothing can be furnished , well that’s because there is nothing to furnish! Don’t waste your time dealing with this company , it appears they don’t even know the laws they are trying to enforce. Very embarrassing as well as unprofessional. Get an attorney that will represent you civilly , professionally, and factually. I am now looking into the action that can be taken against their attorney for the harassment and false accusations against myself."
