"Gosh I hate that I do not have the name of the server and cook that we had!!! They were so kind to us and our kids!!! They were so nice!!! Food and service was great and they spoiled our kids with Waffle House hats and lollipops after. THANK YOU! Never thought late family dinner at Waffle House would turn out so be such a memorable moment but that’s what they turned it into."

"Overall it gets a one star because the worker was rude as hell. I came in late from work. Im an essential worker who just wanted something to eat when everything else was closed. She did not acknowledge me and had an attitude. Completely ignored me when I asked for assistance so I asked another worker. Customer service is everything and I will NEVER be back to this location just based off of how I was treated. The lady had long braids with a hat on.. I could not get her name but she needs some more training; completely unprofessional. There’s a way to speak to people and service them even when you’re busy. This is Christmas night be a little more respectful and considerate but thank you to the older lady that did assist me."
"Good location, easy access to 400. Service was good, though it was crowded, food was served fast. Cleanliness is ok, can be improved. Great place for a quick breakfast."
