"Wow! What an amazing restaurant and not your typical Mexican Restaurant! Although it’s hard to see when driving by, being nestled next to a grocery, once inside the ambiance is great and employees are fantastic! The manager or proprietor of the establishment came to our table at lunchtime to explain the specials for the day and to tell us EVERYTHING is made in house, which was a real treat. The portions are hearty, providing enough for leftovers for us and the food quality was excellent. The salsa and chips were unique to me because the salsa was made with a lot of guacamole…combined with the in house made tortilla chips which are thicker than normal chips was a treat! If ever in the area again and looking for lunch, we will definitely return."
"Great authentic Mexican food! Order at the counter when you go in and then find a seat. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! We had the chorizo quesadilla and the cubano torta."
"INCREDIBLE FLAVOR. One of the BEST places in the Greater Atlanta Area, you would think it was in the city with this kind of quality and flavor. Nothing else comes close. Owner (Carlos) is a master chef and very kind, respectful, and passionate about his craft; uses only fresh ingredients. This place is to Mexican cuisine what Rumi’s is to Persian cuisine. Everything we ordered was very delicious. I will drive 45 minutes from Midtown to eat here again, this place is actually that good. Try it for yourself, you will be happy you did."
"Delicious authentic Mexican food. My mom and I were first time customers here and we were so impressed! My mom had the chicken fajita and I had the steak burrito! The chips and quac are great, their chips are handmade. food quality/taste is excellent, customer service is excellent and the restaurant/bathrooms are very clean! Highly recommend and We will definitely be returning!"
"Original Mexican food NOT Tex-mex. Everything we ordered had a lot of flavor. The owner and Chef Carlos is very passionate about cooking and the service is the best. He came to our table to welcome us and make sure everything was good. The tortillas are homemade! The salsas are so good it’s impossible to choose a favorite one. You won’t go wrong with anything on the menu. First time visiting and will definitely be back more often to try different options. We wish we heard about this place much sooner. Too bad it’s about an hour from us but well worth the drive."
