Dalton location has the rudest most unprofessional kids is what I’m gonna say because of their behavior and always gossiping about other people as I’ve heard many times even a formal complaint has been filed with the Home office."
"I had a bad experience came from out of town to see if I could get a Dior perfume the staff disregarded me not friendly at all when they did come to help i asked if that box in front of me was the correct one and asked for prices and sizes but then the gentleman was so rude and said what does the sign say like as if i could not read. I do not recommend ulta in dalton."
"If you’re thinking about getting your hair cut here, don’t. I showed the stylist a picture of exactly what I wanted. She completely butchered it. Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe it. My hair looked like a 3 year old had chopped off my hair while I was sleeping and then sent me out into a tornado. She spent 30 minutes trying everything to get it to look nice. I finally had to just ask her to straighten it. And even then it was horrendous. The “layers” were so choppy, and sloppy. This is going to take me foreeeeeeever to grow out. I walked out of there crying. I won’t be going back for salon services ever again. I don’t need a refund and I don’t need her to get fired. I just want to warn anyone who’s thinking about getting their hair done here to run for the hills."

"Came in shortly after opening on the weekend. My primary goal was to find a matching foundation shade as I hadn't had much luck doing it for myself and several people had recommended I try Ulta. They were a little busy when I arrived, but took the time to help me. They did some swatches for my foundation and helped me find a couple of other products. They also made some recommendations on where I could learn more when they found out I was very new to makeup. Everyone was extremely friendly and non judgemental. Despite being a little busy, nobody was trying to rush me out the door. Definitely a great experience. Will certainly return here in the future."
