"Very disappointed! I ordered online and was told food would be prepared in fifteen min. I arrived early and gave them the name for my order. They didn't begin cooking the food for almost fifteen minutes. I requested some coffee while I waited and they were rude about that (even though I paid for it). The food was terrible! Everything was either burnt or undercooked. The worst part was they weren't even busy! They just lost a loyal customer today!"

"Today I went to my favorite Waffle House and had the worse experience EVER!!!! My eggs were over cooked I ordered two slices of grilled t exas toast but was served white toast. It took twenty minutes to bring me the Texas toast. It was not grilled and barely buttered. By then my food was cold.The new cook sucks as this is the third time I have had issues.The stars was more concerned with socializing then providing great service. Two couples started chatting VERY VERY loudly about religion. I am an atheist and was totally disturbed by their loud obnoxious conversation. The staff joined in and it just got louder. I finally just got up and left leaving over half of my food uneaten. Really not sure if I'll ever go back. Since you remodeled the restaurant it has really gone down hill. Poor staff, poor food, poor atmosphere and poor service."
