"I’ve never seen such lazy employees in my entire life. We waited for FIFTY MINUTES for our food and were the only people there! The employees hid so we couldn’t see them and even after complaining several times they did NOTHING! We were there at 8pm on 2/4/24 for whoever is reading this. Worst service I’ve ever seen in my entire life."

"We’ve gone by their drive through several mornings when their hours said they are open and there are cars outside and lights on but nobody answers at the box or window. The one time we got help it took 20 minutes for one meal and they were out of soda and Cinnabons. Definitely driving to the one way up the road from now on."
"This is the slowest Taco Bell in existence I believe. Went tonight, three cars ahead of me in the drive through with one at the menu placing an order. Within 10 minutes they all left. Still waiting was the customer trying to place their order. We both waited another 5 minutes and nothing. They’re usually a little slower than most but tonight was not their night."
"This is always a pretty good taco bell. The Service is fast and accurate. The store is clean and nicely decorated. The drive-thru service is quick as well. The parking lot is easy enough to get I'm and out of. You can only enter and exit in one direction, you have to make a turn to head the other direction."
