"I arrived at 10:40, people came out and said that the car behind me was the last one to be served, I told her all I wanted was a sweet tea, she said that’s fine. I waited at the speaker for 10mins no one took my order. Worst service ever. I couldn’t even get a drink. Next time I’ll actually drive out of my way to go somewhere else. - So apparently I didn’t learn my lesson the first time… I ordered a sundae. I got vanilla ice cream in a cup… Google what a sundae is. $3.63 for vanilla ice cream…. And the person who gave it was rude with a smirk on his face."

"I am not sure where to start I ended up speaking to the manager on duty about my issue and the lady had the audacity to scream at me and my wife. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DEGRADED IN MY LIFE. I plan on filing a complaint with corporate about this women, all over a missing hamburger from a combo #7. It's supposed to be 2 hamburgers some fries and a drink well I was a hamburger short. The manger yelled at that you must pay for that and I will not honor your hamburger. I will never go back to this store, I feel horrible for anyone that has to work under her."

"Don't even bother wasting your time trying to order food here, every time I visit I always have to wait and my order is wrong somehow. Today my order was incorrect again at the window, and the inept cashier charged my card twice. Staff always appears lazy and unprofessional. 24$ For a Mcgriddle, burrito, hashbrown and orange juice."

"Went to the drive through and waited in line about 15 minutes and had to pull up to get my food brought to me. Asked for ketchup packets, and I saw them listed on the order but of course they were forgotten by the staff. Quarter pounder was just okay, but the main reason for 1 star is the time it took to get the food, and the fact that it was $11.33 for a quarter pounder combo. Even with the insane inflation, there is no world where McDonald's is worth $11. Just insane for cheap fast food. Won't be back to any McDonald's honestly, crossing it off the list."

"I am not normally picky when it comes to McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant. But this one does stand out as one that I do not trust the grade of the food or the employees that prepare it. They don't seem to want to be there and make no effort to make you feel like you are welcome. In my opinion, it seems almost as though they are annoyed to be serving you or that you even stopped to eat there! Overall the restaurant, especially the bathrooms are not kept up. The place overall is what I would call a failure for even a McDonald's! Having said this, if you gotta eat, I guess go ahead and eat here. I have been many times but don't eat anymore, just use it as a meeting place for work and hate when I must go in to use the restroom. Best of luck to the owner, it needs a new one. ( Unless this is simply a functional front for any business that could profit from a place where people don't eat twice. If so, please forget this review.) :-) Sorry for the negative honesty but I am always waiting to see some improvement and for months I have witnessed no improvement or effort. Maybe a good time to sell or buy... Best of luck and I hope this location can turn these things around."
